"I am passionate about wine and am extremely proud of the list I have put together for The General Tarleton which comprises over 150 bins with 20 or more served by the glass. It includes a broad range from small individually produced country wines to distinctive and exciting wines from the New World. Plus fine and highly sought after rare wine from the world’s finest producers.
