Too often restauranteurs seek out amazing wines for their menu, only to over-charge then they become too expensive for many of their customers.
At The General Tarleton we like to do things a little differently. That’s why our cellar includes everything from small individually produced wines to distinctive and exciting wines from the New World, plus highly sought after and rare wines from the world’s finest producers. But more importantly, we don’t add a huge mark-up. This keeps the at-table prices down and gives you the opportunity to sample the wines we think are special.
Our service includes wine recommendations to perfectly complement each course, and whenever possible we try to offer wine by the glass.
