We are passionate about serving tasty freshly prepared food and its provenance. At The General Tarleton we work with local farmers and suppliers to obtain the best quality seasonal produce – fish, game, lamb and beef, soft fruit, vegetables and farmhouse cheeses.

Fish is a favourite and The General Tarleton is well known for its specialities of little moneybags with lobster sauce and delicious Mediterranean fish soup.
